WSB-TV Features RICE with Karen Greer

In celebration of Black History Month, WSB highlights the impactful work of the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE). Established over five years ago, RICE has become the world's largest center dedicated to the growth and development of Black-owned businesses, honoring the legacy of the esteemed Atlanta entrepreneur, Herman J. Russell, Sr.

Under the leadership of President & CEO Jay Bailey, RICE is committed to stabilizing and uplifting the Atlanta community and beyond through business development. The Russell Center offers comprehensive support to over 640+ entrepreneurs annually, guiding them from the inception of an idea to the successful launch and operation of their businesses with our Big IDEAS programming. This includes exposure to influential figures in the business and political arenas, as well as valuable training sessions and workshops.

Entrepreneurs like Mirah Young of 3TG Staffing Solutions, featured in the WSB story, have benefited from RICE's holistic approach, which encompasses financial guidance, operational resources, and networking opportunities with key decision-makers.

By fostering the growth of Black businesses, RICE plays a crucial role in enhancing the stability and prosperity of our communities, leading to better schools, safer neighborhoods, and a brighter future for all.

We encourage you to learn more about RICE's mission and consider how you can support or participate in our initiatives to inspire and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs at www.russellcenter.org
