About Our Speakers:

Moderated by Natosha Reid Rice, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Habitat for Humanity International and Minister for Public Life at All Saints’ Episcopal Church.  

Jill Savitt is the President and CEO of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.  She is a human rights advocate with expertise in genocide and atrocity prevention. She previously served the Acting Director of the Simon-Skjodt Center for the Prevention of Genocide at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC.  Savitt founded and directed Dream for Darfur and was the Director of Campaigns at Human Rights First. 

Tracey Grace, the CEO of the Inc 5000 company IBEX IT Business Experts and SaaS founder of Certifiably Diverse, has leveraged her expertise in strategic sales solutions, technology, team building and communications to build two top-notch fast-growing companies from the ground up.  She is a sought after thought leader in Supplier Vendor Management and through the development of strategic products and services her technology company has secured multi-million-dollar contracts in healthcare, automotive, and education sectors. 

Soumaya Khalifa is the Founder and Executive Director of the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta, a nonprofit organization that serves the Muslim and broader community by building bridges of understanding and mutual respect. She is also the Founder of Khalifa Consulting, a strategic intercultural and leadership consulting firm. She has served in several leadership roles in US Fortune 100 companies in human resources, leadership development and diversity and inclusion.
